Tough Carb Division (TCD) is eshtablished in 1994. Since then, it is among the best Tungsten Carbide product & solution providers. TCD is a part of the ‘Electronica’ Group – the pioneers in the Indian market for EDM and Wire Cut EDMs since establishment in 1972. It is a High Tech Engineering group having a market share of above 80%.
TCD (The Carbide Division) is located at Sinnar, Nashik in Western Maharashtra. This is around 200 KM from both Pune and Mumbai. Here, we manufacture tungsten carbide products for the metal forming, metal cutting, mining and construction applications.
This is an integrated plant with the starting material being Tungsten trioxide(WO3), which is finally processed upto RTPP i.e. Ready To Press powder. This is the only plant in India having the SINTER HIP facility. Apart from sintered buttons and inserts for mining, we manufacture sintered and finished wear parts.
